Sun Prairie, WI Job Details Full-time 1 day ago Benefits Paid holidays Disability insurance Health insurance Dental insurance Flexible spending account Vision insurance Life insurance Retirement plan Qualifications Electronic parts High school diploma or GED Manufacturing facility experience Electrical parts Manufacturing Full Job Description We have an immediate opening for individuals with familiarity with Surface Mount (SMT) Operator This position loads and/or runs the Surface Mount Placement machine (Pick and Place) to manufacture printed circuit board assemblies. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Read and follow production documents to fully understand the project at hand. Prep boards, mask, glue, and program screen-printer. Load feeders and magazines to ensure machine optimization. Verify component and manufacturing part number accuracy against B.O.M. Evaluate components for conformance and sufficient quantity. Perform preventative and general maintenance on machines. Keep an accurate count of product at your workstation while inspecting every piece for defects Competencies Technical Capacity Problem Solving/analysis Results Driven Organizational Skills Time Management Attention to Detail Teamwork Oriented Required Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent (GED). Associate degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field preferred. Mydata, Mycronic, and ASM software experience preferred. Knowledge of electronic components and equipment. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
