Production Mold Maintenance Mechanic Schedule:

Monday-Thursdays, 12:00am-10:30am, plus occasional overtime. Pay rate starts at $21/hour

Summary This position performs repair and preventative maintenance on poly target molds and equipment. This position is responsible for preparing and starting up the production lines for the day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain detailed knowledge of current/future standard operating procedures (SOP's), 5S program and safety procedures, and related follow through Provide daily, routine repair and cleaning to poly target molds and related equipment on the production line Provide general maintenance and upkeep to poly target molds to keep production running smoothly Change out molds as assigned to ensure other shift is prepared to run upon starting each day Assist, when necessary, in the production and packaging of product Communicate inventory levels for daily production Efficiently and accurately operate and troubleshoot equipment related to position Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety guidelines when handling sharp cutting tools/objects Operate forklift and pallet jack to move packaged product and product components Any other duties and/or responsibilities assigned by division manager

Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum of one-year experience in manufacturing, industrial, or related background Ability to effectively work with others

Competencies and Skills:

Good hand-eye coordination Mechanically inclined Basic math to intermediate (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division) Reading comprehension and writing skills Possess good communication, reasoning, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle physical demands listed below Essential functions: Work around paint and fumes Wear safety glasses for 10+ hours per shift Stand for 10+ hours while working Utilize fine and gross motor skills with continuous movement of arms, wrists, hands and fingers Lift 25-50lbs overhead, push and pull objects up to 75lbs (continuous at times) Other strenuous physical activity Equipment used: Welding Forklift (once certified) Hot Molds Basic Hand Tools Staple Gun Pallet Jack Objects with sharp edges All necessary PPE (Personal Protective equipment) as designated by
