Join a premier manufacturing firm specializing in high-precision machining as a Production Operator. We are looking for dedicated individuals to contribute to our expanding operations, where you will collaborate directly with leadership and production teams to drive meaningful improvements on the shop floor. Temp-to-Hire (6-month transition) | Two Rivers, WI | 2nd

AM Overtime Opportunity:
Typically 10-15 hours weekly Core Responsibilities Utilize machining equipment to manufacture components according to established methods and protocols. Help ensure high-quality output by verifying parts using visual inspections and precise gauges. Maintain thorough records of production metrics, counts, and quality documentation. Follow blueprints, routings, and job travelers to guarantee all product specifications are met. Support operational efficiency by performing routine machine maintenance and ensuring safe material handling throughout the shift. Required Qualifications Capability to remain standing for long durations while executing repetitive tasks. Physical strength to repeatedly lift components weighing up to 40 lbs. Dependable professional with a strong work ethic and consistent attendance. Fundamental computer proficiency for documentation and reporting tasks. Pay Rate:
$18/hr based on experience. Please include your resume in your application for review. A drug screen and background check are required for onboarding. Essential Requirements Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and perform repetitive manual work. Proficiency in maintaining accurate counts, completing documentation, and following established routings. Willingness to conduct in-process inspections using gauges and visual assessment. Preferred Experience Previous experience with CNC or manual machining equipment. Familiarity with reading complex blueprints. Experience recording production, labor, or scrap data in an ERP/MRP system. Background in deburring, cleaning, and packaging processes. Desired Background Prior experience in machine operation or assembly. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor machine issues. Experience with loading/unloading machines and deburring tasks. Capacity to stand for the duration of a 10-hour shift.
