Job Description

Our Waukesha based client, a provider in custom computing solutions for medical, industrial, and defense industries is looking to hire Computer Production Technicians (CPTs) to add to their production environment in Waukesha, WI . CPTs build custom computers by following detailed instructions and assembling systems for a variety of clients. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity paying $19.50/hr., Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM-2:30 PM , with health benefits included . DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build customized computers and MRI machines to custom specifications. Proficiently and accurately assemble and process technology products in a repetitive environment. Accurately complete and follow detailed instructions and procedures, identify, and select components, complete paperwork and labeling manufactured products. Demonstrate the flexibility to carry out multiple tasks contributing toward the delivery of products to customer specifications. Responsible for dependable attendance, punctual habits and maintaining clean and organized work areas. Maintain modern manufacturing techniques, utilizing the latest software/technology-based equipment. Work with a diverse group of co-workers, assist in training of other members and promote a strong team effort to ensure timely and efficient completion of customer requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years experience working with computers and/or technology in either a personal or professional setting - including building computers as a hobby. Knowledge of operating systems of computer hardware or related technology required. Ability to read and comprehend instructions. Ability to work on computer production line for 8-hour shift (Standing). Ability to effectively communicate instructions to assist in the training of other associates. Ability to pass a background check and 10 panel drug screen.
Pay:
$19.50 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
