Line Operator Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate restrike presses, steam treaters, and oil impregnators
• Perform visual and dimensional inspections using various measuring tools
• Troubleshoot and perform appropriate maintenance of the equipment by observation and general cleaning
• Ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
• Follow safety, quality, and environmental policies
• Record production and inspection data
• Load, unload and operate overhead hoists and conveyors
• Load, unload and operate steam treaters and oil impregnators
• Perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance
• Support continuous improvement and training efforts Requirements for

Line Operator:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
• At least one year of related experience and/or training: or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals
