Production Technician- Manufacturing & Warehouse LGG Industrial is hiring a dependable, safety-focused Production Specialist to support manufacturing, product assembly, warehouse, and distribution operations. This hands-on position is ideal for someone with experience as a Production Worker, Manufacturing Associate, Warehouse Associate, Assembler, Material Handler, Shipping and Receiving Associate, or Machine Operator. The Production Specialist will assemble and test products, prepare customer orders, receive inventory, operate warehouse equipment, and occasionally deliver products to customers. Successful candidates will have mechanical ability, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced industrial environment. What You'll Do Assemble and manufacture products according to company, customer, and manufacturer specifications. Inspect and test finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and work instructions. Pick warehouse inventory and prepare customer orders for shipment, delivery, or pickup. Receive incoming shipments, verify materials, enter inventory into the company system, and properly store products. Perform shipping and receiving, order fulfillment, packing, labeling, and material-handling duties. Safely operate hand tools, mechanical equipment, forklifts, pallet jacks, and picking lifts when trained and authorized. Load and unload products, supplies, and materials. Assist with cycle counts and physical inventory. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe production and warehouse environment. Identify product, quality, and process improvements and communicate recommendations to management. Safely operate a company vehicle and deliver products to customers when required. Follow all safety policies, quality requirements, and operating procedures. Perform additional production and warehouse duties as trained and qualified. What We're Looking For At least 21 years of age. High school diploma or GED. Three to five years of related production, manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or distribution experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Ability to safely operate a company truck or other mechanical equipment. Basic mechanical aptitude and experience using hand tools. Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, measurement, and accurate counting. Ability to read and follow safety rules, work instructions, inventory documents, and operating procedures. Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify product defects or irregularities. Good communication skills and the ability to work professionally as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including email and internet use, preferred. Reliable transportation. Availability to work overtime, nights, or weekends when business needs require. Industrial manufacturing, warehouse, shipping and receiving, forklift, assembly, order picking, inventory, material handling, delivery, or production experience is preferred.
