Job Description

Seeking a dynamic sales and support professional to advance marine and CBU products across the Caribbean and Central America.
Responsibilities include:
Driving sales within the authorized distributor network. Identifying and maintaining effective distributor relationships. Supporting marketing efforts, product shows, and promotional activities. Ensuring correct matching of marine engines and accessories to vessels. Supporting quality reports and maintaining product integrity. Providing technical and operational support to distributors and sales planning.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; bilingual in English and Spanish required. Minimum 5 years' experience with marine products, including rigging and troubleshooting. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP and Fieldlink preferred. Understanding of Caribbean and Central American markets; strong mechanical comprehension. Ability to use measuring tools and hand tools; willingness to travel internationally.
