Kintec Global is hiring a Commissioning Engineer for a growing EPC on a full-time basis with highly competitive salary, benefits and opportunities for real career progression. This is a Houston office-based role with trips to site as and when required, supporting commissioning planning and execution on energy facilities - from design review through procedures, systems completion, and handover. The role You will support the Commissioning Manager and senior/lead engineers in delivering safe, well-documented commissioning. That means usable procedures, visible progress, closed-out issues, and a start-up team that is not inheriting gaps. Help write execution plans, system commissioning procedures, check sheets, and schedule input. Support design reviews and pre-startup work such as nitrogen leak testing, purging, vessel fills, and train circulation. Help set the systems-completion approach at kickoff and keep it moving through execution. Track progress, raise technical queries, and drive issues to close-out. Work with operations and other disciplines, including subsea and export pipeline, so systems hand over cleanly. Keep documentation complete and support weekly updates, QA/QC, lessons learned and bid or proposal material as needed. What you need Engineering degree preferred (mechanical, petroleum, process, or electrical). Two or more years of relevant experience preferred; procedure-writing experience is a plus. Strong written and verbal communication. Willingness to travel offshore and internationally. Day-to-day confidence with Lock Out / Tag Out.
