Join a dynamic team as a Marine Electrical Engineer and play a pivotal role in the design, coordination, and execution of electrical systems for cutting-edge vessel construction projects. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with engineering, production, and vendors to ensure that electrical designs are practical, compliant, and seamlessly implemented in the field. Ideal for professionals with strong shipyard experience who thrive on hands-on involvement in the construction process, not just design.

Assist in developing build strategies, module breakdowns, and installation planning to optimize construction workflows. Provide field support during vessel construction and commissioning to address electrical system challenges. Review purchase orders and aid in procurement processes for electrical equipment, ensuring specifications are met. Ensure all electrical systems and components meet ABS, USCG, and pertinent industry standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Marine, or Mechanical Engineering or equivalent practical experience. 5 to 15 years of maritime or shipyard electrical engineering experience. Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with machinery control and monitoring systems. Experience with power distribution and control systems. Knowledge of cable routing, penetration design, and system integration. Hands-on experience working directly with shipyard production teams.
