Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Lead We are seeking a Construction Materials Testing (CMT) Lead to support and coordinate construction materials testing and geotechnical projects throughout the region. This position is ideal for a hands-on engineering professional with experience in construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, or project engineering who is looking to advance their career. The CMT Lead will oversee testing programs, coordinate field personnel, communicate with clients, review reports, and provide technical guidance to technicians. + Experience in construction materials testing, geotechnical engineering, or project engineering.

+ Strong understanding of construction materials testing procedures, including soil, concrete, hot mix asphalt (HMA), and steel.

+ Familiarity with laboratory testing procedures and interpretation of results.

+ Ability to coordinate multiple projects and work effectively with field personnel, clients, and contractors. + 4+ years of relevant industry experience. Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.

+ Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

+ Candidates actively pursuing PE licensure will be considered, particularly those who have passed the FE exam.
