Job Description

Key ResponsibilitiesMachine Setup & Operation?
Technical Configuration:
Select and install dies, calibrate temperature zones, and adjust pressure, vacuum, and timing settings according to specific material types and product designs.?
Material Management:
Load raw materials into hoppers and manage flat plastic stock to ensure a steady, uniform flow during production. Quality Control & Precision?
Inspection:
Monitors production runs for accuracy, alignment, and QA compliance of aesthetics, colors, defects, and boundary definitions.?
Measurement:
Use calipers, gauges, and micrometers to verify product dimensions and identify defects such as webbing, cracking, or warping to meet strict industrial specifications. Troubleshooting & Maintenance?
Expert Problem Solving:
Lead the diagnosis and resolution of complex operational issues such as blockages, die adjustments, irregular flow, jams, and incorrect product thickness during set-up and live production.?
Preventative Maintenance:
Clean molds and rollers, lubricate parts, replace consumables (ink/toner), and perform routine equipment checks.??
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Execute general molding maintenance tasks and provide technical oversight for automation, injection molding, cooling systems, and other facility areas. ?
Safety:
Strict adherence to all safety protocols and equipment maintenance schedules. : Extensive experience operating and leading troubleshooting for thermoforming and/or extrusion equipment at a senior level REQUIRED.
