Position Description You will serve as an
ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN
(MATERIALS) in the
FST ENGINEERING DIV, FST DEPT
of
FLTREADCEN SOUTHEAST.
Position Duties/Responsibilities You will write reports that are used by others to maintain or change the quality of associated products. You will perform or direct the performance of development or evaluation of new materials, processes, and methods for which there is little known data. You will develop technically complex engineering process designs, proposal and specification, often of an innovative, cutting edge and unconventional nature to overcome inadequate data or lack of precedent. You will submit material process designs and project plans to engineering managers, project/program sponsors and others for consideration, approval and implementation. You will troubleshoot aspects of aircraft, components and engine material industrial processing in regard to material selection, application, and testing. Minimum Salary 89508 Maximum Salary 116362
