Job Description

Welding Manufacturing Engineer responsible for supporting third-shift fabrication operations, troubleshooting welding and MES systems, developing processes, and maintaining production documentation. Job Requirements Experience with manual welding processes. Experience with robotic welding systems. Experience troubleshooting automated and manual welding processes. Experience supporting production operations in a manufacturing environment. Ability to troubleshoot MES or manufacturing execution systems. Experience developing or executing manufacturing processes. Experience documenting production, process, or troubleshooting activities. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel. Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook. Availability to support third-shift operations. Availability for weekend support based on production requirements. Preferred Skills FANUC robotic welding experience. Experience supporting fabrication operations. Experience training welding or fabrication operators. Experience with process development and implementation. Experience supporting maintenance and production teams. Experience working with automated welding cells. Job Responsibilities Support third-shift fabrication and welding operations. Troubleshoot manual and automated welding processes. Troubleshoot MES-related production issues. Support robotic welding systems and associated automation. Assist operators with production process issues. Support maintenance activities related to fabrication and welding equipment. Develop and implement new manufacturing processes. Support execution and improvement of existing manufacturing processes. Train operators on applicable welding, process, and equipment procedures. Create and maintain process documentation. Document production issues, corrective actions, and work completed. Support project and process development activities. Provide weekend production support when required.
