Compensation is up $165K/yr base salary plus bonus and stock plan contribution. Key Responsibilities Lead implementation of advanced welding technologies, including robotic MIG, TIG, and laser welding Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes for quality, efficiency, and scalability Lead capital equipment projects from specifications and supplier selection through installation and commissioning Manage projects, budgets, vendors, and cross-functional teams Support production troubleshooting, continuous improvement, and new product development Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Welding Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field 8+ years of manufacturing engineering experience Strong hands-on experience with welding processes and robotic/automated welding systems Experience leading capital equipment and system implementation projects Experience in heavy equipment, automotive, or similar production environments Strong project leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills Interested or know someone who may be a fit?
