Job Description
Subsidiary Steel Dynamics Overview Process metallurgical support Responsibilities Maintain a safe work environment Training and supervision of personnel Maintenance of testing and production equipment Provide technical support to sales and operations groups Development of new steel grades Design and manage trials for product and process improvements Timely disposition and release of products for shipment Analyze process and product data to improve safety, quality, productivity, and costs Participate in ongoing education by attending technical conferences and training Maintain quality documentation Qualifications Required B.S. in Metallurgical / Materials Engineering (or equivalent degree) Preferred Rolling mill experience NDT experience Steel Dynamics, Inc., and all affiliated entities are equal opportunity employers.
