Job Description
Recruiter Summary of Position We are looking for an experienced welder and cutting professional who is already in technical sales or is interested in making the transition into sales. This role is ideal for someone with extensive hands-on experience with welding and cutting who understands the challenges manufacturers face and wants to help customers solve those challenges through advanced automation. We are willing to train the right candidate in sales. We are looking for the right welder first. As a Sales Welding Engineer, you'll combine your welding and technical expertise with consultative selling to help manufacturers implement advanced robotic welding and cutting solutions. You'll work directly with engineers, leaders, and business owners to understand their needs, demonstrate solutions, and develop automation projects that improve productivity, quality, and efficiency. The ideal candidate is articulate, well-spoken, technically confident, and comfortable working directly with customers. Whether you already have a successful sales background or are an experienced welder ready to take the next step, we'll provide the support needed to develop your sales skills.
