Job Description Position Purpose:

We seek individuals for a rotational opportunity as a Co-Op. This opportunity includes rotation over 2-3 semesters in the areas of Engineering, Maintenance, Quality and Elastomers. The position will start work full time during the Spring semester 2027. This is an excellent opportunity to gain understanding in multiple areas of engineering.

Essential Functions:

Hendrickson's Co-op is focused on training and development of students interested in engineering positions. You will have the opportunity to learn: time studies for machining/packaging, work with shop floor employees to resolve engineering or safety related issues, assist with equipment/process troubleshooting, CNC program control files, upgrade of computerized maintenance management systems, completing Operator Detail Sheets (ODS), FEMA's, Control Plans and 8D corrective actions.

Minimum Qualifications:

Requirements for the position include a minimum GPA of 3.0 and sophomore status. This would be ideal for

IET/MET/DET
