This position will report to the Vice President and will be ultimately responsible for directing and providing a high standard of metal heat-treating services within their division. This will include both first and second shift employees, with second shift having a Supervisor to provide additional leadership. Hours will be from either 6:00am to 2:30pm or 7:00am to 3:30pm. Responsibilities of the position will include:

• Assist the company in developing goals and objectives
• Responsibility for the divisions' direction and success
• Maintain confidentiality of all company policies, procedures and priviledged information
• Be the primary quality representative for the division
• Provide customers with heat-treating advice, when requested within the realm of the company's capabilities, and be responsible for addressing and correcting customer problems
• Accurately and promptly complete all paperwork associated with the position, such as corrective actions, production reports, quality reports, employee evaluation, etc To be considered for this position, candidates must have the following qualifications:
• Heat-treating experience; such as operating furnaces, understanding material science, managing quenching processes and controlling variables like temperature and soaking time to achieve metallurgical results.
• Friendly and works well with others
• Computer skills
• Professional verbal and written skills Working conditions will be both office and factory environment, where you may encounter dirt, dust, oil, processing chemicals and varying temperatures.

$28.00
