Job Description

Start Your Career in Welding Looking for a career in welding but need the training and certifications to get started? Tri-Rivers Career Center Adult Education is actively accepting applications for our Evening Welding, Fabrication, and Allied Process Program . This 650-hour, hands-on training program is designed for adults who want to build the skills employers are looking for while preparing to earn up to 11 AWS industry certifications . Classes are held in the evening, making this a great option for individuals who are currently working, changing careers, or ready to enter the skilled trades. What You'll Learn Students receive hands-on training in: SMAW (Shielded Metal Arc Welding) FCAW (Flux Cored Arc Welding) GMAW (Gas Metal Arc Welding/MIG) GTAW (Gas Tungsten Arc Welding/TIG) Structural Fabrication Intro to Pipe Welding Oxy Fuel Cutting Carbon Arc Cutting and Gouging Weld Print Reading Intro to Lincoln/FANUC Robotic Welding Math for Welders Lab Safety OSHA 10 Safety Certification Employability and Job Search Skills Program Schedule Evening Cohort Monday through Friday 5:00 PM - 9:00
