Job Description

We are seeking a Welding Technology Engineer to support the design, development, and optimization of welding processes, materials, and equipment used in manufacturing operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring structural integrity, production efficiency, and product quality while supporting engineering and production teams. The ideal candidate will have experience with welding processes, technical drawings, and CAD systems , along with the ability to translate engineering data into effective welding procedures and manufacturing documentation. Key Responsibilities Create and develop assembly plans , including subdivision and processing allocation. Develop parts configuration lists and manufacturing documentation. Build engineering tree diagrams for welding and assembly structures. Prepare board assembly lists for manufacturing operations. Verify and confirm required sealers and joining specifications . Create and maintain WELDMAP documentation . Produce machining and welding drawings . Conduct welding verification (3D to offline validation) . Develop and maintain weld processing instructions and technical documentation . Support engineering and production teams in optimizing welding processes and ensuring compliance with specifications. Required Skills & Qualifications Proficiency with CAD systems (CATIA and NX viewer/drafting) Ability to interpret customer drawings and technical data notes Understanding of basic joining processes including Spot Welding and MIG Welding Knowledge of engineering drafting standards , including drawing frames, change control, and welding instructions Experience supporting welding operations or joining processes in a manufacturing environment Familiarity with 3D data formats and handling , including:
CATIA NX STP IGES CADMEISTER
Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive or industrial manufacturing environments Background in welding engineering, mechanical engineering, or manufacturing engineering Hands-on exposure to welding verification and process development Why Join Us? Pay:
