Senior Metallurgist

  • $150,000 + Annual Bonus + Corporate-Level Role + Senior & Management Level Progression + New Industry Training + Excellent Company Benefits Are you a Metallurgist with Nickel alloy experience, looking to step into a highly technical role, operating across multiple divisions within a billion-dollar organization, with a clear career path toward management?
This is a rare opportunity within a well-established and market leading metals manufacturing group, where you will work directly with executive leadership while gaining exposure across 10+ divisions. You will become one of the go-to technical metallurgy expert across the business, supporting both operations and new product development. The company is a specialty metals manufacturer, known for their products and service, long employee tenure, and investment into new and emerging industries. They provide excellent training and are committed to developing future leaders from within. In this role, you will act as the corporate metallurgical authority, supporting multiple sites while gradually progressing into broader leadership responsibilities, including strategic oversight and operational influence across the organization. This role would suit a Senior Metallurgist or Materials Engineer who wants to be recognized as a technical expert while building a long-term career within a large, growing business.
The Role:
Act as the corporate technical authority for metallurgy, alloys, and materials processing Support 10+ divisions with technical problem-solving and process improvements Lead alloy development, materials testing, and product innovation initiatives Review customer specifications and support development of new materials and grades
The Person:
Background in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or Metals Manufacturing Experience working with specialty alloys Strong technical expertise with a desire to progress into leadership
