Job Description
Agru America Inc., a leading U.S. manufacturer of geosynthetics and plastic piping systems, seeks a Polymer Welding Technical Specialist. In this role, you'll set up, operate, and optimize polymer welding equipment, ensuring high-quality, safe, and consistent welds for critical infrastructure and environmental projects. You'll read technical drawings, perform inspections and testing, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement. Collaborating with engineering and operations teams, you'll help train operators, enhance processes, and uphold Agru's standards for quality, safety, and innovation.
