We are currently identifying qualified candidates for a customized welding skills training program designed to strengthen welding ability and prepare participants for potential employment opportunities with leading manufacturing companies throughout Upstate South Carolina. You do not need to be an expert welder. We are looking for candidates who already have a basic foundation and are motivated to improve their skills and build a long-term career in manufacturing. What We're Looking For Candidates should have some combination of: Basic or foundational welding experience MIG welding, fabrication, metalworking, or related manufacturing experience Ability to read basic measurements and use hand and power tools Previous welding school, technical training, or hands-on welding experience Strong attendance and reliability Willingness to learn and receive additional training Commitment to completing the training program Interest in building a long-term welding or manufacturing career What Selected Candidates May Receive Qualified candidates may have the opportunity to participate in customized welding skills training at no cost to the candidate.

Pay Details:
