Your expertise in machinery calibration and process optimization will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality plastic components to our customers. Responsibilities Configure and manage blow-molding machinery to meet exact production parameters. Drive process improvements by monitoring output and adjusting machine settings for peak efficiency. Execute proactive maintenance and rapid troubleshooting to minimize equipment downtime. Perform rigorous quality assurance checks to verify that all manufactured parts meet strict technical standards. Maintain comprehensive documentation of production runs and quality inspection results. Foster a culture of safety and organization by strictly adhering to operational protocols and maintaining a clean workspace. Partner with cross-functional team members to hit daily production targets and operational milestones. Qualifications Required Skills High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated professional experience operating blow-molding or similar extrusion machinery. Strong mechanical aptitude with a proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex equipment issues. Proficiency in interpreting technical schematics and manufacturing documentation. Exceptional attention to detail with a focus on maintaining high quality control standards. Preferred Skills Technical certification in plastics manufacturing or industrial maintenance. Experience working in high-volume, fast-paced manufacturing environments. Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of effective team collaboration.
