2992010547-2 Apply for this job now Job Description Plains is seeking an Integrity Engineer II to support safe, reliable operation of our midstream energy infrastructure. In this role, you will plan and execute integrity assessments on pipelines and terminals, analyze ILI and corrosion data, and develop mitigation and repair plans aligned with PHMSA and industry standards. You will collaborate with Operations and Engineering teams, prepare technical reports, support audits and incident investigations, and champion Plains' safety-first, integrity-driven culture while gaining exposure to large-scale assets and cross-functional projects. Responsibilities Lead and execute integrity assessments on pipelines and terminals to ensure safe, reliable operations Analyze in-line inspection, corrosion, and defect data to identify risks and recommend mitigations Develop and implement integrity management plans, repairs, and prevention programs in line with regulations Coordinate with Operations, Engineering, and field teams on inspection, maintenance, and repair activities Prepare technical reports, fitness-for-service evaluations, and documentation for audits Support regulatory compliance with PHMSA and other standards, ensuring accurate records and reporting Participate in risk assessments, incident investigations, and root-cause analyses Contribute to integrity-related projects, upgrades, and technology implementations Promote Plains' safety-first, integrity-focused culture in all engineering decisions Provide technical guidance to junior engineers and cross-functional partners Required Skills Pipeline integrity engineering In-line inspection (ILI) data analysis Corrosion engineering and mitigation Risk assessment and integrity management planning Fitness-for-service analysis Regulatory compliance (PHMSA, API standards) Failure and root-cause analysis Technical report writing and documentation Data analytics and integrity software tools Cross-functional communication and collaboration
