This is a hands-on technical role focused on optimizing melting, casting processes, and product quality for high-performance copper tubing

Qualifications:

Required experience & education Bachelors degree in Metallurgical Engineering or similar, Materials Science/Engineering, Mining Science, Chemical Engineering, etc Experience supervising and optimizing induction melting, refining, and degassing processes for copper Experience managing continuous casting process control, including melt temperature, mold design, cooling systems, and pull speed parameters Experience performing defect analysis (segregation, porosity, cracking, etc.) and implement effective corrective actions to improve yield and product quality Experience conducting comprehensive material testing and characterization, including: Metallography, Spectrographic analysis, Electrical conductivity testing, Mechanical property evaluation Why is This a
