Posted 06/2026 Job Description Job Summary Supporting the NDE and Measurement Systems Engineering Team. The role develops NDE procedures in support of airline customer maintenance inspections, designs NDE reference standards, develops engineering specifications and other documents to meet customer needs, assists in evaluation of emerging technologies, supports development and qualification of new tools, equipment, materials, parts and processes, performs routine tests and audits to qualify suppliers, implements corrective and preventive actions, uses project management tools to meet cost, technical, and schedule requirements, and incorporates environmental health and safety, LEAN, and Quality principles into materials and processes, research, design, work procedures, and lab and office areas.           • A minimum of 9 years of related work experience with a Bachelor's degree, 7 years with a Master's degree, or 4 years with a Doctorate degree. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, or chemistry.
          • A minimum of 1 year of engineering experience.
          • Ability to travel as needed for domestic assignments. Preferred Skills
          • Experience with CAD systems such as CATIA or Solidworks
          • Experience with NDI systems: ultrasonics, eddy current
          • Experience in aviation and/or aerospace
          • Experience working in multidisciplinary teams
          • Excellent communication skills
          • Excellent skills with various computing systems
          • Excellent documentation and technical writing skills
          • Excellent time management skills to manage several simultaneous projects effectively and across various geographical locations

          • Develop NDE procedures in support of airline customer maintenance inspections

          • Develop engineering specifications and other documents to meet customer needs
          • Assist in the evaluation of emerging technologies for potential application to business needs
          • Assist with the development and qualification of new tools, equipment, materials, parts, and processes to meet requirements
          • Perform routine tests and audits to qualify suppliers to applicable requirements
          • Assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions
