Salary:

Competitive pay ($90k-$125k DOE) Health insurance Vision and dental Paid time off/ Holidays 401(k) Job Details We are seeking a dedicated Manufacturing Engineer to enhance our production processes and ensure optimal efficiency and quality. In this role, you will serve as a vital link between engineering and production teams, working to improve safety, product quality, and overall operational effectiveness. You will be responsible for designing and implementing manufacturing processes and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where your contributions directly impact the success of our operations.
Responsibilities:
Support existing manufacturing processes to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency targets are met. Assist in developing and maintaining work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process documentation. Perform basic data collection and analysis on production performance metrics (scrap, cycle time, downtime). Participate in troubleshooting production issues and assist with root cause analysis. Help implement process improvements under guidance from senior engineers. Support new product introductions by assisting with process setup and documentation. Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve day-to-day manufacturing issues. Conduct time studies and workflow analyses to identify improvement opportunities. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards in all assigned tasks.
Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience:
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and industrial automation, with hands-on experience supporting equipment and automated machinery.
Software Skills:
Proficiency in CAD software (Inventor and AutoCAD preferred).
Preferred Experience:
