- Bowman has an opportunity for a Mechanical Engineer III, Mechanical to join our team in Rogers, AR.
- Purpose
- Perform all levels of mechanical engineering and design including the development of construction documents as well as project and staff management.
- Responsibilities
- Leadership and Direction
- + Receive broad guidance relating to overall key objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters and broad parameters for execution. Receive direction on highly complex assignments. Independently apply extensive and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments and related fields. Review work produced by staff for quality assurance.
- At the Operational and Company Level
- + Actively market the firm's capabilities to establish new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients. + Serve as a mentor, resource, and trainer for Design Engineers and less experienced Project Engineers. + Represent project team in client communications and resolutions.
- Do the Work
- + Design complex mechanical systems in accordance with current code requirements and sound engineering principles.
- Success Metrics and Competencies
- + Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
- Qualifications
- + Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or architectural Engineering required.
