Job Description

All Ring Tech USA LLC is seeking a Mechanical R&D Engineer to join our semiconductor automation equipment development team in Phoenix, Arizona. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the mechanical design, structural evaluation, material selection, and prototype testing of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop semiconductor-specific automation equipment and perform structural analysis. Conduct material testing and select suitable mechanical materials for precision equipment. Create mechanical design drawings, part drawings, and engineering documentation (2D/3D). Participate in new equipment development, assembly, and testing, including writing specifications, maintenance, and service manuals. Collaborate cross-functionally and provide support for temporary R&D or production projects as required.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Project or work experience in mechanical design or automation equipment development (semiconductor equipment experience preferred).
Education:
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field.
Language:
Fluent in English and Mandarin (listening, speaking, reading, and writing); capable of handling technical documentation and professional communication.
Tools:
Proficient in Inventor, Solid Edge, SolidWorks, Auto
CAD 2D/3D.
Skills:
CAD software operation and mechanical design drawing. 2D/3D mold design and mechanical component verification. Mechanical product design, prototype testing, and validation. Creation of engineering specifications, sample management, and product documentation. New product development, pilot-run analysis, and mass-production planning. Mechanical structure evaluation and optimization.
Driver's License:
Valid car driver's license required.
Other:
Mandarin speaking is preferred.
