#90345 Job Description Our DoD/Aerospace Client is looking to fill an Advanced Electrical Engineer - TS/SCI position supporting the Special Test Equipment Team and advanced space systems. This role will contribute to the development and testing of sophisticated electrical systems and test environments as part of a cross-functional engineering team. The position is based in Scottsdale, Arizona and offers either 100% on-site or Flex workplace options.

$71.75/hour
Education/Experience:
Bachelor's degree + 5 years relevant experience OR Master's degree + 3 years relevant experience
Schedule:
Flexible schedule; 9/80 schedule with every other Friday off available, if desired
Clearance Requirement:
Active Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI security clearance required at time of hire Position Overview As the Advanced Electrical Engineer, you'll be responsible for supporting the Special Test Equipment Team as part of a cross-functional engineering group supporting advanced space systems. You will contribute electrical engineering expertise across test, troubleshooting, circuit design and analysis, and the development of advanced testing environments. The role may involve electrical design architecture, component selection, circuit card schematics, modeling, prototyping, and testing throughout the engineering development lifecycle. What You Bring to the
Table:
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related Science, Engineering, or Mathematics field plus 5+ years of job-related experience; OR a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience Department of Defense Top Secret/SCI security clearance required at time of hire Must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information and successfully complete a U.S. Government security investigation U.S. citizenship is required due to the nature of the work performed within the client's facilities

Proficiency with electrical engineering computer-aided design (CAD) tools Experience with mixed-signal circuit analysis and design Background in test and troubleshooting Experience reading and interpreting circuit card schematics Experience supporting innovation in design architectures, assembly, component selection, and electronics design Research & Development experience spanning concept development, design, modeling, prototyping, and testing Strong awareness of current and emerging technology trends Collaborative team approach and commitment to ongoing professional development
