Coordinates Company owned and rented equipment maintenance, licensing and utilization records for assigned project or District. How You Will Make an
Impact:
Manages all air quality audits for equipment, including are resource board, doors, pers, CARB, for one District. Records and monitors equipment quantities purchased or disposed of and acts as the main contact for the environmental vendors who support company disposal. Maintains all Environmental records and facilitates all local audits. Initiates and maintains all US DOT Driver's Compliance records, including random drug pools, required health cards and audit requests for assigned District. Initiates and maintains all vehicle licensing, registration, record keeping and tonnage for all project vehicles in assigned District. Acts as subject matter expert for environmental guidelines regarding the purchase, rental, inventory, scheduling maintenance, dispatch, and invoice coding and accounts payable support within the District. Perform additional assignments per management's direction. Schedules and monitors all vehicle maintenance and oil changes using Company and agency required standards. Schedules all crane inspections to ensure timely and compliant maintenance. Works closely with all third-party equipment rental vendors to track hours, hire dates and total hours used. Maintains project utilization schedule for assigned project or District. Maintains knowledge of Company's values and strategic plan. Support published corporate policies.
Who You Are:
5+ years' experience in construction equipment Experience with air quality and environmental requirements preferred. Bachelor's in a related field preferred Driver's License required Expert in US corporate equipment regulations (including licensing, registration, environmental guidelines, etc.) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of licensing and legal requirements regarding local and national equipment rental. Able to identify issues and recommend solutions to management. Knowledge of corporate billing software and MS Office Suite preferred.

USD $65,000.00/Yr.
Salary Max:
USD $85,000.00/Yr.
