CATIA V6.
Develop headlamps, tail lamps, center light panels, and corner lamps. Perform feasibility studies and evaluate A-Class surfaces. Coordinate with styling, manufacturing, validation, and supplier teams. Manage component releases throughout the product lifecycle. Drive design optimization for cost, weight, quality, and manufacturability. Review simulation results and implement design improvements. Support prototype builds and production launches. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering. 3+ years of automotive lighting design experience. Minimum 3 years as a Lighting Design Release Engineer. Expert knowledge of
CATIA V6.
Experience with plastic tooling, injection molding, and lighting manufacturing. Strong understanding of automotive lighting regulations and standards. Excellent communication and supplier management skills.
