09/13/2026 Job Description Job Description We are currently hiring Assemblers for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts . Candidates should be comfortable working in a hands-on production environment and have experience with assembly, hand tools, and repetitive manufacturing tasks. Physical Requirements Able to stand and walk for extended periods, typically 8-10 hours per shift . Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs , with occasional heavier lifting with assistance. Frequently bend, kneel, stoop, and reach above shoulder height. Use hands, fingers, and wrists for gripping, screwing, drilling, riveting, gluing, labeling, and installing hardware. Perform repetitive hand, arm, and wrist movements. Safely operate power tools, glue guns, and label dispensers. Job Duties Assemble plastic cases according to work instructions and visual aids. Install hardware including latches, handles, hinges, wheels, and gaskets . Inspect components before and after assembly to ensure quality and accuracy. Install foam, dividers, and custom interiors according to specifications. Safely operate hot-melt glue systems. Apply product and barcode labels accurately. Pack finished cases and wrap or band pallets. Operate pallet jacks safely. Maintain accurate production counts and records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of hazards. Follow all company safety procedures and required PPE guidelines.
