Job Description What is expected of you for success in your role? Develop core technologies under supervision of team leaders Deliver on the necessary engineering outputs such as design, CAD, drawings, feasibility tests, testing methods & equipment, requirements, and specifications as per project goals Present in technical and design reviews, support the preparation of regulatory submissions, and quality system related deliverables Develop novel technical solutions under guidance of senior personnel Use engineering problem-solving, and lean agile development techniques to identify and resolve product related issues Communicate across the organization to inform and resolve issues Contribute to meeting organizational business goals Desire to develop subject matter expertise related to design controls in a regulated industryQualifications Required:
BS degree in Engineering, Physics, or other technical field of studyPreferred Requirements:
1 to 4 years of experience in engineering or science Background doing product development in a regulated industry is preferred Proven experience developing and commercializing products Strong technical skills and aptitude Excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills Ability to work as part of a team Ability to tactfully advise decision-makers For certain roles at BD, employment is contingent upon the Company's receipt of sufficient proof that you are fully vaccinated againstCOVID-19.
