Experience in creating drawings for manufacturing, customers, prototypes, etc. Project management experience bringing products to market Customer facing communication with design and quality engineering Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive, commercial vehicles, construction, agriculture, or industrial machinery industries Familiarity with electronics lab equipment and reading detailed electrical schematics Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems Familiarity with machining, manufacturing, and automation systems Familiarity with brushless DC motor control Familiarity with UL, ISO, and similar standards Responsibilities Design, manage, and oversee projects including development of prototypes, scaling products to production, and providing manufacturing support Lead design reviews for new product development Develop and perform validation testing procedures on mechanical and electronic systems Generate engineering documentation for all stages of product development Work with suppliers to purchase and qualify components Participate in failure analysis and root cause determination Lead certification testing (UL, CE, etc.)

Compensation:
$120,000 - $140,000 annual salary
