Contract Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Lead Project Engineer to lead onsite project coordination and execution for complex mechanical and electrical engineering projects in the energy sector . Key Responsibilities Interact directly with customers to understand project requirements, expectations, and technical needs. Lead the planning, design, execution, and delivery of large-scale mechanical and electrical engineering projects. Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed engineering teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards . Partner with multinational customers to define requirements, resolve technical challenges, and drive project execution. Oversee project delivery within the energy domain , ensuring compliance with applicable international standards and regulatory requirements. Required Qualifications Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering , or a related engineering discipline. 12+ years of experience in mechanical/electrical engineering project delivery. Minimum 3-4 years of experience in the energy sector . Proven experience delivering complex, large-scale engineering systems/projects . Experience working directly with multinational customers and geographically distributed teams . Valid US work authorization with at least 1 year of remaining validity. Willingness to work onsite in Menlo Park, CA . Preferred Profile Candidates with experience in energy, power, industrial systems, large-scale engineering projects, customer-facing project execution, and multinational engineering environments are highly preferred.

Pay:

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
