Job Description:

This is a chance to architect a brand?new physical product-not iterate on old ones. You'll take a vague idea, shape it into a real, manufacturable tool, and guide it all the way to market while working with global partners and a highly collaborative engineering culture. Must?have skills 6+ years' mechanical engineering experience Experience as the technical lead on an engineering team Electromechanical experience Advanced proficiency in CAD Experience translating customer needs into system requirements, performance targets, and design trade?offs Hands-on design, analysis, and debugging of complex electromechanical systems Bonus skills Knowledge of fluid or thermal systems Experience with sealed mechanical assemblies B.S. in Mechanical Engineering They're offering $140-$160k base salary depending on experience 10% annual bonus Full benefits inc. 401k match Hybrid work (in office 4 days per week)
