Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Technical Program Manager to support a leading automotive OEM's Chassis Engineering organization. This individual will be responsible for managing supplier software development efforts supporting chassis-related vehicle functions, including braking, steering, suspension, and chassis control systems.
This is a highly cross-functional role where the TPM will act as the bridge between supplier engineering teams and internal engineering organizations, ensuring software deliverables remain aligned with vehicle program milestones and release timelines.
The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter with strong automotive domain expertise who can operate independently, navigate ambiguity, and drive accountability across multiple stakeholders.
ResponsibilitiesLead weekly program reviews with software suppliers and internal engineering stakeholdersTrack supplier software development progress against vehicle program milestonesMonitor software readiness, risks, dependencies, and escalationsDrive issue resolution across supplier and internal engineering teamsCommunicate program health, milestone status, and delivery risks to leadershipPartner closely with chassis, systems, software, and validation teamsEnsure software releases align with Ford vehicle launch and release schedulesFacilitate Agile ceremonies and program execution activitiesTrack and manage open actions, blockers, and dependencies through closureDrive accountability across stakeholders without direct authority Skills and Requirements 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience within the automotive industryExperience supporting chassis-related systems including:
