The Electrical Products business unit within Smart Infrastructure division is a rapidly growing business unit with operations spread across the US. We are looking for an Equipment Engineer. This position will be based at Pomona, CA. You'll make an impact by : Support implementation of digitalization and automation equipment capital expenditures for factory. Analyze impact of equipment failures on maintenance spending to identify improvement opportunities. Generate or maintain standard operating procedures/work instructions (PM procedures, task lists, spare parts management, document control, maintenance strategies...). Serve as a subject matter expert in equipment failures and repair techniques during root cause investigations (RCA). Provide technical support for MES systems, ensuring their optimal performance and integration with manufacturing operations. Daily engineering support/communication/coordination of manufacturing. Engage technically with vendors, contractors, and service providers to define scope of intervention and negotiate service contracts. Promote continuous improvement activities and cost saving strategies to improve equipment availability, reliability, and operational stability.
