Job Description Develop process and mechanical engineering designs for Consumer Products manufacturing systems, equipment, and facilities. Conduct on-site assessments at manufacturing plants as needed to gather data, validate designs, troubleshoot issues, and support installation or commissioning activities. Prepare detailed engineering calculations, equipment specifications, P&IDs, layouts, and technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-disciplinary engineers, project managers, and plant personnel to ensure project success. Support project planning, schedule coordination, and design reviews. Ensure compliance with industry codes and standards, and company work processes. The Successful Applicant Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or related discipline). Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering. Strong background in Consumer Products manufacturing - equipment, utilities, and process systems. Ability and willingness to be on-site at Oxnard area manufacturing facilities as needed. Proficiency with engineering software and tools (AutoCAD, Fathom, etc.). Excellent problem-solving, communication, and field troubleshooting skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a consulting engineering or EPC environment. Experience in the papermaking or related industries. Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $140,000 to $190,000 annually. Medical, dental, and vision benefits.
