This is a hands-on engineering role offering real project ownership, strong mentorship, and a clear path toward Project Management. What you'll do: Develop HVAC and plumbing designs from concept through construction administration Perform load calculations, equipment selection, system layouts, and energy modeling Produce coordinated construction documents and specifications in Revit Coordinate with architects, engineers, vendors, contractors, and owners Support construction administration Take increasing ownership of project delivery and client communication What we're looking for: 3+ years of mechanical building-systems experience Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Architectural Engineering Strong HVAC design experience with plumbing knowledge preferred Proficiency with Revit and HVAC/load-calculation software Experience producing coordinated construction documents EIT preferred with an interest in pursuing PE licensure Why it stands out: Strong annual bonus potential Scheduled Fridays Off Program Hybrid flexibility Fully paid individual PPO health insurance 401(k) match up to 5% 11 paid holidays Clear progression toward project leadership and management Think you could be the right fit, or mainly want to hear more about every other Friday off?
