Position Overview TCI USA is seeking a Field Engineering Technician to join our team in Greeley, Colorado. This role is designed as a two-year development program for recent engineering graduates who want to gain hands-on field experience while developing technical engineering skills. The position begins with significant field technician responsibilities , allowing the successful candidate to learn our equipment and customer applications firsthand. Over time, the role gradually expands to include engineering support, design exposure, and technical problem solving. This program is intended to develop engineers who understand both real-world field operations and engineering fundamentals , preparing them for long-term engineering roles within the company. What You'll Do Field Operations Rig-in and Rig-out, commissioning, and operation of combustion and incineration equipment Support field technicians during maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs Travel to customer sites across the United States to support projects Learn safe operating procedures and field best practices for industrial combustion systems Assist with equipment preparation, testing, repair and mobilization from the Greeley yard Engineering Development Work alongside engineers to understand equipment design and performance Assist with technical documentation, drawings, and equipment specifications Participate in troubleshooting and root-cause analysis for field issues Learn fundamentals of combustion systems and gas handling applications Support engineering and operations teams with project planning and technical analysis Professional Development TCI is committed to developing the next generation of engineers.
This role includes:
