This individual will assist with engineering studies, product testing, equipment setup, data collection, and documentation supporting the development and validation of automotive fluid technologies. Responsibilities Conduct engineering and laboratory testing according to established procedures. Support product validation studies and R D projects. Install, operate, troubleshoot, and maintain test equipment. Collect, analyze, and document test data. Assist with fabrication, modification, and setup of test fixtures. Support vehicle-based and laboratory-based testing activities. Collaborate with engineers and technical staff to troubleshoot performance issues. Maintain accurate technical records and study documentation. Follow laboratory, engineering, and safety procedures. Qualifications Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred. Engineering Technician, Test Technician, Manufacturing Technician, Automotive Technician, or R D support experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and interest in automotive systems strongly preferred. Experience or internships working in manufacturing, engineering, laboratory, or R D environments is a plus. Ability to interpret technical instructions and maintain detailed records. Hands-on troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
