We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Injection Molding Tooling Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Manchester, CT . In this role, you will lead complex tooling programs from concept through production launch, working closely with customers, suppliers, mold makers, and manufacturing teams to ensure high-quality, cost-effective injection molding solutions. This is an excellent opportunity for an engineer who enjoys managing technically challenging projects, influencing product manufacturability, and driving continuous improvement within a highly regulated manufacturing environment. What You'll Do Lead injection mold tooling projects from design through qualification, validation, and production release. Manage new mold builds, tool refurbishments, engineering changes, repairs, and spare tooling programs. Partner with customers, mold suppliers, and internal cross-functional teams to ensure project success. Review part designs for manufacturability and provide DFM recommendations to optimize quality, cycle time, and tool performance. Support
