Job Description

Designing and implementation of hotel buildings and structures, such as HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection to ensure energy efficiency, safety, and compliance in construction, repair, and renovation projects. Prepare mechanical apparatus, thermodynamics, and mechanics to create efficient, functional, and safe mechanical structures of the hotel building system. Cross- functional collaboration with electrical engineers and civil engineers to ensure that all hotel building components are integrated and operate seamlessly. Use a range of software and tools to optimize building systems, identify problems, and improve performance including 3D modeling software, energy modeling software, computer-aided design (CAD) software, and simulation software. Proficient in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other tools used in hotel building construction. Designing infrastructures that meet the requirements of the building owner, occupants, and building codes. Performing energy efficiency calculations and recommending design modifications to optimize energy performance.
