This role will work closely with Engineering and Manufacturing teams within our Composites Department to ensure products meet performance, quality, and certification requirements. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, procedures, and reports for aerospace products and components. Perform functional, environmental, durability, and validation testing of composite and electromechanical assemblies. Analyze test results and identify root causes of failures or performance issues. Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, and system-level issues during product development and production testing. Collaborate with Design, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to support new product development and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with qualification, certification, and customer testing activities. Maintain accurate test records and documentation in accordance with company procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or related field) or equivalent experience. 2+ years of engineering or testing experience preferred. Knowledge of test equipment, data collection, and troubleshooting techniques. Basic electrical knowledge, including the ability to read wiring diagrams and use common electrical test instruments. Experience with composites, aerospace products, or electromechanical systems is a plus. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Hands-on, detail-oriented approach with the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Pay:
$65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
