Job Description
Qualifications Education:
Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred (with 3+ years of related experience).Project Management:
Experience with full life cycle management of capital projects covering manufacturing buildings and equipment.Technical Expertise:
Knowledge and experience with industrial HVAC, boilers, compressors, and chillers.Maintenance Skills:
Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and working knowledge of Maintenance Software are preferred.Soft Skills:
strong problem-solving ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work autonomously.Communication:

Manage the full lifecycle of capital projects, including initiation, planning, finalizing deliverables, and monitoring outcomes after completion.Technical Oversight:
Review project plans and blueprints for accuracy, ensuring timelines are met and cost estimates remain within budget.Facility Support:
Assist with the maintenance and monitoring of plant equipment, specifically HVAC systems, boilers, and compressors, to ensure efficient operation.Continuous Improvement:
Identify and recommend improvements to plant processes to minimize machine downtime and improve overall uptime.Regulatory Compliance:
Maintain the facility in accordance with FDA, GMP, and SOP regulations, while ensuring all EHS requirements are met.Collaboration:
