Project Engineer (Mechanical)

The Project Engineer is responsible for the management of capital projects and providing engineering and equipment support to the manufacturing facility. This role involves developing projects from initial conception through closure, ensuring that goals, scopes, and workflows are met according to professional standards.

Qualifications Education:

Bachelor s Degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred (with 3+ years of related experience).

Project Management:

Experience with full life cycle management of capital projects covering manufacturing buildings and equipment.

Technical Expertise:

Knowledge and experience with industrial HVAC, boilers, compressors, and chillers.

Maintenance Skills:

Prior maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment and working knowledge of Maintenance Software are preferred.

Soft Skills:

strong problem-solving ability, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to work autonomously.

Communication:

Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Physical Requirements Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Must be able to work in a physically challenging manufacturing environment.

Technical Oversight:

Continuous Improvement:
