At least 2 years of experience in a Lead Designer role as part of a professional engineering project team, under the direct or indirect supervision of a licensed Professional Engineer. 4+ years of experience leading engineering projects of varying sizes and complexities. Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited four-year program. Active Professional Engineering (PE) License required. Demonstrated experience managing engineering projects and leading technical teams. Proven experience managing direct reports and delivering multiple projects within strict deadlines. Strong understanding of engineering design principles, project coordination, and technical documentation. Technical Skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office , including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit . Ability to interpret and review engineering drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents. Strong project planning, scheduling, and organizational capabilities.
