Renewable Energy Engineer (Solar & BESS)/Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineer Power Projects

We are seeking a motivated Engineer to support engineering assignments ranging from basic analysis to moderately complex projects across renewable energy systems, including utility-scale solar, Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), and power plant operations. This role offers the opportunity to work across multiple engineering disciplines while contributing to project execution, technical analysis, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, technical evaluations, and engineering oversight while ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and performance standards. Key Responsibilities Perform engineering analysis and support projects of varying scope and complexity Assist in planning, organizing, and executing engineering projects Support project management activities including coordination, reporting, and performance tracking Participate in technical evaluations, decision-making, and problem-solving activities Ensure designs and engineering deliverables meet specifications, safety standards, and long-term reliability goals Prepare technical documentation, reports, and engineering analyses Assist in cost estimation, construction documentation, and maintenance planning Support onboarding of new sites, including technical and administrative activities Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide guidance to junior engineers/technicians as needed Promote and adhere to a safe and inclusive work environment Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related) 0 5 years of relevant experience Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills Preferred Skills Knowledge of solar, BESS, or power systems Exposure to controls, alarm management, or engineering tools (e.g., ETAP) Understanding of quality methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)
